29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: (a) 3214 Market House Lane Mechanicsburg, PA - The employer did not train employees in the correct procedures for fall protection systems that are required to be used while installing insulation, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 22 feet to the lower level, on or about March 20, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
