29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1): First-aid supplies were not easily accessible when required: (a) On or about January 24, 2019, at 2627 Steve Reynolds Industrial Pkwy Commerce, GA 30529: The employer did not ensure that a first aid kit was readily accessible while employees were performing concrete work. Employees did not have access to the GC trailer where a first aid kit was kept because it was locked.
