29 CFR 1926.761(c)(3)(ii): Where CDZs are being used, the employer shall assure that each employee has been provided training in the establishment, access, proper installation techniques and work practices required by 1926.760(c) and 1926.754(e). On or about March 21, 2018 at 1450 Poplar Street in Wrightstown, employer did not ensure that training specific to Controlled Decking Zone was provided to employees who were exposed to fall hazards of greater than twenty-seven (27) feet while installing metal decking. The M.R. Neubert Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.761(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263323, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2077 Airport Drive, Green Bay, WI 54165.
