29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use. On or about September 15, 2014, the employer failed to have a material safety data sheet available at the worksite for the employees to reference on chemicals such as but not limited to "Crown" Lacquer Thinner. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
