29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) On or about July 13, 2023, and at times prior, LND Technical Services, LLC, exposed employees to electrical hazards in that the employer did not provide or require employee use of insulating, voltage-rated gloves during the applications of testing grounds to transformer winding terminals and during the discharge of transformer windings after high-voltage testing in Substation 2.
