29 CFR 1926.950(b)(2)(iv):Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the proper use of the special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials and insulated tools for working on or near exposed energized parts of electric equipment: a) 1400 block of Double Churches Road: On February 20, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that each qualified person was effectively trained and had acquired competency in the proper use of the special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials and insulated tools for working on or near exposed energized parts of electric equipment while employees were setting a pole near energized powerlines.
