29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Line four, located at 4700 Stalwart Drive, Fairburn, GA 30213: On or about February 16, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, and amputation hazards, in that Lock-out/Tag-out machine specific procedures were not developed for employees while servicing and maintaining of the equipment, such as, but not limited to, the Hugger (Serial number:c-600-vt/4139).
