29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed. On or about November 30, 2021, and at times prior thereto, written certifications of workplace hazard assessments for personal protective equipment had not been performed at jobsites involving mobile home installations, exposing the employees to various hazards, such as struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
