29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with using chemicals in construction. This was most recently documented on or about October 6, 2021 at a construction jobsite located at 1221 N 170th St., Omaha Nebraska. Where the employer has employees pouring cementitious grout to fill the seams between the precast concrete slabs without having developed and implemented a written hazard communication program.
