29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On or about 8/17/2022, at a worksite located at the Big Cypress Indian Reservation Sewage Canal Road: Latitude 26.328027, Longitude ? 80.89753, the employer did not maintain an accident prevention program to ensure that vehicle travel paths were sufficient to permit the safe passage of construction vehicles near canals; warning signs were posted to alert drivers of restricted pathways near canals; and employees were instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions related to working near canals.
