29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a.) The employer did not ensure the Model 66 10 inch Powermatic Table Saw was equipped with a hood guard. On or about August 5, 2021 an employee was using the saw to trim down wood pieces when his hand came in contact with the unguarded blade, resulting in an amputation.
