29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. Hickory Lakeside Subdivision, 4510 Palmetto Lane, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - On or about July 10, 2021, Employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazard. The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections to ensure that the proper clean-out (cleaning) procedures, such as but not limited to the bucket sucking and/or wet sponge ball method, were performed in a safe and correct manner.
