29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures had not been developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about June 29, 2021, employees were exposed to caught between hazards when reaching between the top and bottom dies of the energized Oak Fin Press and the employer had not documented procedures for the control of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic energy sources.
