29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9):(9) Ladders are inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury. On or about June 13, 2021, employees of Pacur, LLC were not inspecting ladders before initial use to ensure that no defect or other condition existed that would render the ladder unsafe to use.
