29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks: a) On February 16, 2021 and that times prior; the employer did not include in the written hazard communication program the methods to inform employees of the chemicals and the hazards associated to the chemicals brought to the jobsite by sub-contractors as part of non-routine tasks, such as caustic soda beads used for kitchen hood cleaning.
