29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a)This violation occurred on or about December 30, 2020, at the job site located at 2601 Victory Ave., Dallas, TX; where employees where employees working and using rigging equipment when installing a double channel steel column were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
