29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 3403 Cade Ct: On or about November 30, 2020, four employees were exposed to crushing hazards such as unsecured, moveable vertical supports with aging and weathering of the temporary structure between construction phases while assigned to perform work under a patio cover that had not been inspected for defects that could result in a collapse of the structure.
