29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) 11045 Old Hwy 31, Spanish Fort, AL 36527: On August 20, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to workplace hazardous, such as but not limited to cave in, struck-by, and crushed-by hazards, while working in and near trenches and excavations, in that the employer has not developed and implemented a trench safety program.
