29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(D): On and after April 1, 2015, workpositioning systems were not rigged so that an employee can free fall no more than 0.6 meters (2 feet). Employee was exposed to fall hazard. Employee engaged in line clearing activities at 801 N. Young, Wichita, Kansas was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the working surface of the cedar tree to the ground below. Employee was exposed in that a work positioning system was not properly used.
