29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) At the job site located at 2800 Silver Star Rd Orlando, FL, employees performing cleaning were exposed to chemical burn hazards while using heavy duty cleaner, Quorum Brown, classified as corrosive. The employer provided safety glasses to perform the task, on or about March 13, 2020.
