29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(3)(i): The employer did not document and maintain the results of the monthly inspection including the items checked along with the date and signature of the person performing the inspection. The employer is failing to protect employees from crushing and struck-by hazards associated with using a crawler boom crane to lift and suspend loads. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on November 13, 2019 at the jobsite located at 280th and 18th Ave, Columbus, NE 68601. The employer operates a crawler crane and has failed to document the required monthly inspections.
