29 CFR 1926.1403(a): The employer did not use the manufacturer instructions during the assembly and disassembly of crane equipment or attachments: Worksite - On or about July 2, 2019, an employee was severely injured when the hook block for the Terex crane fell over. The manufacturer instructions for crane assembly were not followed, in that the hook block was not "set down on stable and solid ground".
