OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by and caught between hazard: (a) SW Corner of US Highway 20/26 and Middleton Rd.: On or about June 24, 2019 and at times prior, employees operate an American Auger Quick Split 42-600 horizontal boring machine to remove the spoils of a 27 inch casing that had been pushed under a roadway.
