On or about June 13 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working adjacent to a roof opening at least 31 feet above a floor below the opening. The employer did not initiate and maintain programs that complied with this part. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
