29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. On or about December 14, 2018, in the resin plant, employees were not adequately protected from chemical hazards during the rodding process in that they were not wearing a level B suit, exposing employees to severe burns from hydrochloric acid.
