29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Wisco Contractors, Inc, 3044 Sykes Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before August 23, 2018 the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential framing activities at 9-10 feet were protected by a personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. An employee fell through two joists when he was laying down plywood.
