29 CFR 1915.89(e)(1)(ii): Notify each affected employee that the machinery, equipment, or system will be shut down and deenergized prior to servicing, and that a lockout/tags-plus system will be implemented. On and about June 30, 2017, at Fincantieri Marine Group, LLC. 605 N. 3rd. St. Sturgeon Bay, WI, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when working with an abrasive blast machines due to the fact affected employees were not being informed when the systems were being locked out.
