29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) & (o): (a) YESCO LLC at 11220 E 53rd Ave # 300 Denver, CO 80239: On and before 3/6/2017, the employer did not ensure that the rotating pulleys on the vacuum pump and motor assembly, which was located directly under the neon bending station, were properly guarded. This condition exposed employees to the hazards of contacting the rotating pulleys.
