29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Worksite: On or about February 3, 2017, and times prior there to, the employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program or implement provisions of the program, such as but not limited to medical evaluations, fit tests, and training for employees who were required to wear N-95 filtering face piece respirators while performing maintenance tasks in a crawlspace.
