29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about February 9, 2015, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling a distance of 13'-4" to ground level while working near a guardrail with top rail placed at 34" from platform floor level.
