29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repairs with an obstruction(s) across or in aisles that could create a hazard: On or about October 1, 2013, the passageway to the last shelf of the moving storage racks and to the grease tank and hot carbon dioxide tank had an obstruction presenting a trip/fall hazard. The obstruction, a rectangular shaped projection approximately 2.75 inches high from floor level and 1.5 inches square was used as a stopping mechanism for the mobile shelf units. The aisle is approximately 46 inches wide when the shelves are all pushed together. The projection is approximately 29 inches from the end of the mobile shelves in one direction and approximately 16 inches from the carbon dioxide tank in the opposite direction.
