29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(1): The equipment must not be operated in excess of its rated capacity. On or about February 4, 2013, at the jobsite located at 19th and Juneberry Rd., Burlington KS: An employee engaged in bridge construction and pile driving activities using an American 599 crawler crane was exposed to struck-by and roll-over hazards in that the manufacturer's load rating specifications were not adhered to.
