29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction area was not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: Location - Interstate I91 Northbound, Exit 10A West Springfield, MA: On March 28, 2025, employees were exposed to vehicle struck-by hazards and the employer did not ensure the placement of all required advance warning temporary traffic control signs upstream of the work zone, for the protection of construction workers, and to warn road users that road work is taking place and what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone, as per MUTCD section 6F.17.01 and Table 6C-1.
