The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) In the utility room, on or about 12/27/2024, employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that, the water drain had an uncovered floor opening measuring 1'2"x 7".
