OSH ACT of 1970, Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while performing maintenance tasks: a) On or about December 9, 2024, in the median of 1100 Block of Miramar Blvd., near the intersection of Miramar Blvd and Hiatus Rd. Miramar FL 33025, employees performing maintenance work such as, picking up trash were exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicular traffic.
