29 CFR 1910.23(c)(8): The employer did not ensure that the cap (if equipped) and top step of a stepladder that are not used as steps. a) On or about December 4, 2024, at the SPA Center - Studio A, closet 1, employees performing air filter change were exposed to 9.5-feet fall hazard, in that, the 8-foot A-Frame ladder used to access the fully decked attic, used the top step of the ladder.
