OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about July 21, 2024, on the roof of a commercial metal building, located at 130 N Virginia Street, Quincy, Florida 32521, the employer exposed employees to lightning-related hazards while performing roofing work on a flat roof during inclement weather.
