29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not provided when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) 4449 Academy Street, Acworth GA: On or about May 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an arborist was allowed to climb, trim and cut trees, within 10 feet of an energized residential power line of 7.2 kV without the use of arc rated personal protective equipment.
