29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2): On or about February 10, 2024, on the deck of JMC 300 Barge, employees were exposed for fall hazard due to unguarded edges.
