29 CFR 1917.14: Cargo, pallets, or other materials stored in tiers were stored or stacked in an unstable manner. a) Delaware River Stevedores, Inc., located at 3601 N Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, Pennsylvanian: Wood Pulp Warehouse- On or about September 25, 2023, the employer did not ensure wood pulp bales were stored and stacked in a manner to prevent the bales from sliding and or collapsing exposing employees to struck-by hazards from unstable wood pulp bales when working on the warehouse floor.
