29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about July 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees performing tilt-wall panel installation work in high ambient heat in direct sunlight were exposed to heat-related illnesses including but not limited to heat cramps, heat stress, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.
