29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii):The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end. a.) On or about July 20, 2023, Adrian Drive, Deerfield Estates in Sewickley, PA 15143: Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below while performing siding installation along with other related activities from a pump jack's walking and working surface that extended in excess of 4 feet over the support.
