29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. On or about June 22, 2023, at the commercial storefront removing metal signs, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a step ladder that was not positioned properly.
