29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work. On or about June 13, 2023, at the front of the Westwego, Louisiana Art Center, an employee was exposed to contacting energized electrical circuits while pressure washing a commercial building utilizing an aerial lift within10 feet of an energized power line without precautions.
