29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) At the jobsite located at 1054 Seagrape Dr Ruskin, FL 33570; on or about 3/8/23, the employer exposed employees to 6'8" fall hazards, in that wheel casters were not locked to prevent movement while employees were performing residential insulation installation from a mobile scaffold platform.
