OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to caught in between hazards: a) Jobsite, 139 McKinley Road, Beaver Falls, PA: On February 24, 2023, an employee was exposed to a caught in hazard while attempting to paint above an energized, high speed commercial door that was not deenergized.
