29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) 1550 York Street Hanover, PA - Bean Canning Operations - On or about December 27, 2022, the bean hopper on the 3rd floor of the bean line was not evaluated to determine if it was a permit-required confined space, which potentially exposed the employees to confined space hazards.
