29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): Employees operating an aerial lift were not properly trained: On or about November 1, 2022: Employees engaged in outdoor sign installation activities at the Timberlake Outreach Center, located at 2107 East Locust St, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to electrical shock and fall hazards in that the employees were not trained to operate the aerial lift they were working out of.
