29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or was near to them: On or about July 18, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were disconnecting the conductors for a 220-volt ice machine without deenergizing the electrical source, exposing the employees to the hazard of an electrical shock or electrocution.
