29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: On or about 06/28/2022 at the commercial construction jobsite located at 1633 Kehrs Mill Road, Chesterfield, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were observed actively preparing to install new roofing material, while working on a 4/12 pitched low sloped roof approximately 14 feet above ground. H R Vasquez, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556628, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/08/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1006 Regency Manor Drive, Ballwin, Missouri.
